SHIPPING: Shipping costs noted on this web site are only applicable to the 48 continuous United States. Also if you have large orders, we can improve on shipping costs when orders are placed through the mail system. We normally ship UPS or FedEx Ground. Airfreight charges are in addition to our normal freight charges if you request expedited orders. For these orders email Customer Service your order request.
US AND INTERNATIONAL SALES: Shipping costs outside the US are available when requested through email. Email Customer Service your order request.
SALES TAX: We are required to charge sales tax in accordance with federal and state regulations. You will be required to pay sales tax in accordance to your particular states requirements.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Sales on special requests orders are final and may not be covered on normal warranty.
RETURNS: Returns will be accepted with prior authorization only with-in 30 days after purchase of the merchandise. A minimum 15% restocking and refurbishing charge or whatever cost is involved to restore the returned merchandise to salable condition, whichever is greater, in addition to the freight costs. Items ordered in error will be subject to the return policy outlined above.
Warranty: The product is under limited warranty for 90 days after purchase for factory and workmanship defects. Factory defects are covered by the terms of the manufacturers’ warranties and can only be exchanged for identical equipment. An authorization number, receipt of purchase, and a detailed description of the reason for the return must accompany all returns.
